PROPEL SOFTWARE INC. ("we", "us", "our") provides the Dream Logic website, including its landing pages and editorial content (the "Website"), and the Dream Logic mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how information may be collected, used, and disclosed when you visit the Website or use the App (together, the "Services").

The information processed may vary depending on the features you use, your device and browser settings, the region from which you access the Services, our service configuration, and any privacy choices you make.

Language Notice: This Privacy Policy is provided in English only. By using Dream Logic, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy in English.

1. Data We Collect

We may collect information you provide, information generated through your use of the Services, and information received from service providers and advertising platforms.

A. Information you provide through the App

• Account Information: When you register or link an account, we collect your email address and password. Passwords are managed and encrypted directly by our secure authentication provider; we do not have access to your password.
• User Content: We collect the text of the dreams you voluntarily enter into the application. If you use the voice dictation feature, the audio is processed locally on your device to convert it to text; we do not store or upload audio recordings to our servers — only the final transcribed text.
• Support Data: If you contact our support team, we collect your email address and the content of your message to resolve your inquiry.

B. App and transaction data

• Device Data: We may process technical identifiers and settings used to operate and support the App, such as device type, operating system, app version, time zone, and language settings.
• Transaction Data: If you purchase a subscription, we process purchase history and subscription status ("Premium") through our payment managers.

Note: We do not store or process your financial information (credit card numbers or bank accounts). All transactions are processed and secured directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

C. Website analytics and advertising data

The Website does not contain a lead-capture form and does not ask you to submit your account credentials or dream content. When you visit the Website, however, we and our service providers may automatically process information such as:

• Page and Interaction Data: Page views, page URL or path, referring page, pages visited, clicks or taps, interactions with download links and buttons, scroll depth, approximate time or engagement on a page, and similar usage events.
• Technical Data: Browser type, device type, operating system, language, approximate location derived from network information, and performance or diagnostic information. Our hosting, analytics, and advertising providers may also process an IP address as part of delivering and measuring the Website.
• Campaign Attribution Data: Campaign parameters included in the URL, such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, and referral parameters. When present, advertising click identifiers such as ttclid, fbclid, or gclid may also be processed to attribute a visit or store-link click to a campaign.
• Session Replay and Heatmap Data: Microsoft Clarity may generate limited, cookie-free interaction reports that show how visitors navigate, click, tap, and scroll through the Website. What is available in these reports depends on our Clarity configuration and Microsoft’s processing.
• Advertising Event Data: When enabled, TikTok Pixel and Meta Pixel may receive page-view and interaction events, including visits to the landing page and clicks on links to the App Store or Google Play, together with related page, browser, device, campaign, cookie, or click-identifier information. We do not load these advertising pixels when you opt out or when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

D. Cookies and browser storage

Basic Website analytics are configured without analytics or advertising cookies. Advertising providers may use cookies and similar browser technologies when advertising measurement is enabled and you have not opted out. We may use local storage for site preferences, such as language and advertising choices. Campaign parameters used to build store links are read directly from the current page URL rather than stored in session storage.

2. Use of Information

We may use information for the following purposes:

• Core Functionality (AI): Process the text of your dreams using Artificial Intelligence algorithms to generate psychological, spiritual, and dictionary-of-symbols-based analyses.
• Account Management: Authenticate your identity, save your journal in the cloud, and sync your dreams across your different devices.
• Subscription Management: Verify your "Premium" status and unlock advanced features.
• Website Analytics: Understand visits, engagement, scroll behavior, navigation patterns, and which Website sections or download links are useful to visitors.
• Campaign Measurement: Attribute visits and store-link clicks to advertising campaigns, compare campaign and creative performance, and support advertising measurement or optimization.
• Improvement and Maintenance: Analyze technical errors, maintain security, send updates, and improve the stability, performance, content, and user experience of the Services.

3. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We may disclose or allow the processing of information by service providers that help us operate, secure, analyze, and promote the Services. Their processing is also governed by their own terms and privacy notices where applicable.

Cloud Infrastructure and Authentication

We use secure hosting services to store our databases and manage user registration. These providers process your email, user ID, and the text of dreams (securely stored).

Artificial Intelligence Models

To generate interpretations, we send the dream text to providers of advanced language models. This process is anonymous: we do not share your identity, name, or email with these models — only the dream text for analysis.

Subscription Managers

We use technical tools to validate purchase receipts and synchronize your "Premium" status across your devices. These services process only an anonymous user ID and the technical transaction history (expiration dates and plan type).

Maintenance Services

To ensure the app works properly, we use services that allow us to send security updates and technical improvements ("Over-The-Air"). These services may process basic technical data from your device, such as the operating system and the app version.

Website Hosting and Analytics

Website hosting and delivery providers may process network and request information needed to serve and protect the Website. We use Microsoft Clarity in a cookie-free configuration to understand page-level Website usage, interaction events, and aggregate behavior. Microsoft may process Website usage, device, browser, and network information according to our configuration. You can learn more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Advertising Measurement

We may use TikTok Pixel and Meta Pixel to measure advertising-driven visits and actions on the Website, including store-link clicks, and to support attribution and campaign optimization. When enabled, those providers may process event, page, browser, device, cookie, campaign, and advertising click-identifier data. App Stores

When you select an App Store or Google Play link, you leave the Website and the relevant store may receive referral or campaign information included in that link. Your interaction with the store is governed by Apple’s or Google’s terms and privacy practices.

Important Note about Payments: All financial transactions are processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Neither PROPEL SOFTWARE INC. nor our infrastructure providers have access to your banking data or your credit card number.

We do not operate the Website as a data broker. Some privacy laws may define certain advertising-related disclosures as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged for personal information. Where applicable, the choices described below may be available to you.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Retention depends on the type of information, the purpose for which it is processed, service configuration, security needs, and applicable requirements. Website analytics and advertising providers may retain information according to their settings and policies. Browser preferences remain until you update them or clear the relevant site data, subject to browser behavior.

App profile and journal information may be retained while your account remains active and for an additional period when reasonably needed for security, backup, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

Your Deletion Rights (Right to Erasure)

You can request deletion of your App account through the App:

• Go to the Profile / Settings screen.
• Select the "Delete Account" option.
• Confirm the action.

Deleting an account is intended to remove the authentication account and associated App data from active systems, subject to limited copies that may remain temporarily in backups or where retention is reasonably necessary for security, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.

5. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

You can use browser or device settings to block or delete cookies and site data. Blocking these technologies may reduce the accuracy of campaign attribution or affect saved Website preferences. Browser privacy tools and content blockers may also limit requests to Microsoft Clarity, TikTok, or Meta, although their effectiveness depends on the tool and configuration.

Basic, cookie-free Website analytics are always enabled so that we can understand how the Website performs. You can opt out of advertising measurement at any time using the Website control below. When you opt out, we do not load TikTok Pixel or Meta Pixel. We also honour a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt out of advertising measurement.

Campaign parameters already included in a landing-page URL may still be included in App Store or Google Play links after you opt out. This allows Apple or Google to provide referral or campaign reporting without loading the advertising pixels.

Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have a right to opt out of certain advertising-related uses or disclosures. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify the request and may be unable to fulfill portions that are not required or permitted under applicable law.

6. Children's Privacy

Dream Logic is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will proceed to delete such information from our servers as soon as possible.

7. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information, including HTTPS/TLS for data transmitted between your device and our Services. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect improvements in our services or changes in legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
